We have been able to secure the services of a professional Tai Chi instructor (please see http://www.pfstaichi.com/) to run regular weekly sessions on Tuesdays from 11.15am at the Tin Tabernacle, Hythe.. These sessions are open to everyone involve Qigong. You will be required to complete a short assessment. If you have already registered, further joining details will be sent to you shortly.
