It has been documented that Line Dancing is the best physical and mental exercise you can do.
We are a friendly, informal group meeting at Newington Village Hall (easy parking) on Monday mornings.
9.30 to 10.45 is a beginners class that started nearly a year ago. We welcome new members who have some experience of Line Dancing, however little.
11.00 to 12.30 is an Improvers class where slightly more difficult dances are learnt.
The cost if £4.00 which goes to our qualified instructor plus an optional 30p for a coffee or a tea In the break.
