The walks are normally between 5-7 miles and last 2-3 hours. They largely make use of footpaths starting at points within about 30 minutes drive from Folkestone\/Hythe. The route usually involves stiles and may be muddy and uneven so care is required. Those who are interested normally retire to a pub at the end of the walk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Friday 7th February at 10.00 a.m.<\/strong>
The next long walk will be from the Fountain Hotel, Seabrook. It is wet and muddy in places but it is winter and perhaps should be expected. The walk is quite demanding so be prepared. Lunch will be in The Bell in Hythe.
